Caution! Regulation and implementation in respect of cannabis seeds often differ from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject.
In a number of countries trade of cannabis seeds does not require a permit. However, a notification requirement is sometimes imposed in the event that cannabis seeds are imported or exported. If notification requirement is applicable, you should in good time inform us, the authorities or both.
Magic Seeds does not want to violate or interfere with the legislation of any country by dispatching seeds.
We dispatch our seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Magic Seeds does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law.
We expressly point out that all those who purchase seeds from Magic Seeds are responsible for their own actions in the future. Magic Seeds will accept no responsibility in this respect. Magic Seeds does not accept any product liability.

Here at Magic Seeds we want to ensure that your experience is the best it can be. That is why if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us within 30 calendar days of receiving it at your delivery address.
There are a few conditions for items returned to us, so please read carefully.
All items must be returned in their original packaging sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable).
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
If you wish to return an item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team by email via firstname.lastname@example.org. Only once arranged with a member of our team may an item be returned. If damaged, we will be happy to send out a replacement once the original item has received back to us and inspected.
If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use the above email address to let us know of any damages (with
photos). Once sent back to us, we will inspect the item and send out a replacement if applicable.
If your MagicSeeds product fails while still under warranty, you may contact us with a photo and description showing the defect. Upon receipt and inspection of your item, it will either be repaired, or a replacement will be sent out to you.
If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days back to you via store credit or your initial payment method if possible.
Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or is being returned under a warranty scheme.
